I’m one of those people who hates paying for insurance. I cringe every time I see my health, auto, home, business, umbrella, and life premiums drain my checking account. I’ve also seen my fair share of situations—personally and professionally—where insurance did not pay out in ways that felt fair or reasonable.

That’s why my experience with Branden, Beth, and Clayton specifically—and the Branden Haines State Farm team as a whole—has stood out. They’ve been nothing but fantastic to work with, especially after the year we’ve had with hail damage and a car accident.

Any time I had a question or needed clarification, they responded quickly, walked me through the details, and never once made it feel like I was an inconvenience. That alone is rare these days.

"10+ years down the drain. Someone made a mistake on my account costing me over 80 dollars extra being withdrawn from my bank. When I called I was told there was a misunderstanding and it's fixed but I can't get my money back, it will be credit on my insurance account and deducted over a few payments. I begged to have the money back in my bank so I can pay my bills, but to no avail. I budget 100 bucks a week to feed my family, 20 bucks for food doesn't go far these days. I have to skip my bill and get a late fee which my insurance company wont pay, nor will I get any interest. Someones mistake has cost me. Not a good business practice. I guess the money will be going back into my account after all since I will be going somewhere else for insurance.I don't like money being taken away from my family."

"I was confused about my bill with State Farm, the Brandon Haines group. I have had insurance with them for years and have always gotten great service from them. I recently bought a new car and was confused about what I had paid and what I owed. I called in and spoke with Mary. She was great. She helped me figure out what was paid and what was not. She was very patient and understanding. She never once made me feel stupid for asking. She explained everything to me in plain English so I understood. I do so much appreciate the service I received. State Farm is there when I need them, and I am glad."
